About Meditation and Mindfulness
Romy provides Meditation and Mindfulness classes. Private sessions are also offered.
Different techniques of mindfulness and mediation are introduced. We usually commence with techniques to help still the mind. Sound therapy including Tibetan Bowls and Crystal Singing Bowls are then used to help induce a deep meditative space. As our system settles, we start doing more mindfulness based learning. We then complete the session with further meditations. This is a deeply enjoyable and blissful experience.

Private or semi-private meditation sessions are available for people interested in a more individual approach. These sessions are tailored to your specific needs.
Classes
One hour ZOOM meditation classes are held every second Sunday evening from 7:30pm – 8:30pm.
