"I've been attending yoga with Romy for a few years. I don't know what I would do without her! She has such great insight into healing the body! I have chronic pain and was worried at first (as everything causes me pain) however after the first session I could feel the difference in my body! Now many years down the line I still attend regular classes with Romy! Each session is like a massage for the bones and nerves! Not only am I more relaxed but I can move with ease and pain free! Romy has a gift at noticing the slightest incorrect placement of even a baby toe, she'll come around and adjust each person in class and viola! It's like someone has just waved a magic wand! The pose is more invigorating and healing! I look forward to every yoga session and my body thanks me (and Romy) for it! "
